Lee Honish
Inside Man
Lee Honish is a career Loss Mitigator, asset manager, realtor, loan officer and developer. He started his real estate career in 1986 working for Invescor Inc and as a REO liquidator for Beneficial of California doing asset management and property management. He went on to work for Homecomings GMAC (pre merge and post merge) as an asset manager and property manager. He then went on to work in the retail side of the business building, selling and obtaining financing throughout the late 1990's and into 2000. Finally Lee landed a job working for IndyMac Bank as the head of Loss Mitigation for the Home Equity Division (HELOC). Lee worked on and negotiated hundreds of files weekly and maintained the highest return rate of record in the short sale industry for a second position lien. Lee's real claim to fame comes from negotiating a successful resolution on 95% of the files that went accross his desk. This means that only 1 in 20 files would reach foreclosure sale.
Lee lives in Orange County and as you can tell from his photo, he also enjoys watching and announcing (sometimes even participating in) boxing, MMA and UFC events.
